The Diagenode MagMeDIP kit is designed to immunoprecipitate methylated DNA (Methyl DNA IP).
In our Methyl DNA IP kits either MeDIP or MagMeDIP, our antibody directed against 5-methylcytosine is provided as well as meDNA and unDNA internal IP controls. The IP has been optimized to specifically select and precipitate the methylated DNA: by the use of our antibody, buffers and protocol. The IP efficiency can indeed be double-checked with the use of our internal controls.
MagMeDIP kit is suitable for several downstream applications: qPCR and NGS. Please see our MagMeDIP-seq protocol in this manual before starting the MeDIP-seq workflow.
