Synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal domain of human histone H3 containing the acetylated lysines 9 and 14.
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode antibody directed against H3K9/14ac (Cat. No. pAb-005-044). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
