The primer pair cat#: pp-1013 (-050, -500) is specific to a DNA region located about 2600 bp upstream the human OCT-4 gene as shown below (Figure 1) [1]. These primers can be used to amplify DNA isolated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Primers are optimized to be used in quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR).
