Synthetic peptide corresponding to the region of human histone H3 containing the trimethylated lysine 9 and the phosphorylated serine 10.
This peptide was used as immunogen to raise the ChIP-grade Diagenode crude serum directed against H3K9me3S10p (Cat. No. CS-128-100). The same peptide can be used to block this antibody in negative control experiments.
