The Infinium Methylation Screening Array (MSA) is the first, high-throughput, scalable human DNA methylation service fully dedicated to epidemiology and population study. It offers comprehensive and tailored coverage of common disease biomarkers, epigenetic clocks, and functional epigenomics markers, including cell-type specific methylation and SNPs.

The MSA provides robust, highly reproducible data comparable to 100X sequencing depth.
