What is OSHA?

OSHA is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, a division of the US Department of Labor. OSHA ensures that employees work in a safe and healthful environment by setting standards. Employers must comply with all OSHA standards and keep the workplace free of hazards.

How does the Bioruptor meet OSHA criteria?

The OSHA criteria for noise levels allow employees to work in an environment in which noise levels cannot exceed 85 dBA of sound for an eight hour period for a 40-hour workweek. The Bioruptor test results showed that the the noise levels were well under 85 dBA!
