The 0.5 ml Bioruptor® Microtubes for DNA and chromatin shearing strongly improve sonication efficiency. These tubes have been thoroughly validated for use on the Bioruptor® Standard (B01010001 or Bioruptor® Plus (B01020001) and are strongly recommended for DNA and chromatin shearing applications using this instruments. Recommended sample volume: 50 μl - 100 μl.
