Western blot was performed on 2 µg of purified Covid-19 nucleocapsid (NC) protein (6xHis tagged) using the Diagenode antibody against Covid-19 NC (Cat. No. C15310269), diluted 1:1,000 in PBS-T containing 3% NFDM. The marker is shown on the left, the position of the NC protein is indicated on the right. Lane 1 shows the Western blot analysis with the pre-immune serum, used as a negative control.
