Western blot was performed on protein extracts from HEK293 cells transfected with Spike-P2A-GFP (lane 2) and on untransfected cells (lane 1) using the Diagenode antibody against Covid-19 Spike (cat. No. C15310268), diluted 1:1,000 in PBS-T containing 3% NFDM. The marker is shown on the left, the position of the Spike protein is indicated on the right.
