The D-Plex Small RNA DNBSEQ library construct bears the MGIEasy DNA Barcodes. In case of a multiplexing scenario, it is recommended to follow MGI’s library pooling guidelines that are explained in the D-Plex Small RNA DNBSEQ Barcodes manual.
D-Plex DNBSEQ Barcodes - Set B includes primers with 24 barcodes to enable multiplexing with the D-Plex Small RNA DNBSEQTM Kit. They were designed and validated to fit the D-Plex technology for MGI sequencers.
Two sets are available separately:
Set A can be used for library multiplexing up to 24. Set A and Set B can be used simultaneously for library multiplexing up to 48.
