Diagenode’s ChIPmentation technology, based on tagmentation, enables the integration of library preparation during ChIP itself using transposase and sequencing-compatible adaptors. Two versions of protocol have been validated: a manual procedure and an automated protocol on the IP-Star Compact Automated System.
